At higher Kp values not only the chances of seeing the Northern Lights increase but also the intensity and color splendor of the light show. There are different locations in Scandinavia that make it one of the most reliable places for Northern Lights observations, where even minor geomagnetic disturbances can result in spectacular visual experiences.
